{"id":22203,"date":"2020-10-02T17:44:47","date_gmt":"2020-10-02T16:44:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cero2050.es\/?p=22203"},"modified":"2021-11-29T14:08:54","modified_gmt":"2021-11-29T13:08:54","slug":"nueva-pila-de-combustible-multi-fuel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cero2050.es\/en\/new-fuel-cell-multi-fuel\/","title":{"rendered":"New multi-fuel fuel cell"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ship.energy\/2020\/10\/02\/new-fuel-cell-will-have-fuel-flexibility\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ship.energy 02<\/a>-10-2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A prototype fuel cell that will be able to use different fuels - including green ammonia and LNG - will be tested at Norway&#039;s Sustainable Energy center before being installed on an Odfjell chemical tanker.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The main partners in the project are Odfjell, fuel cell technology specialist Prototech, W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4 and Lundin Energy Norway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cOur tests show a CO2 reduction of up to 40-45% when using LNG, compared to current solutions. We focus on machinery instead of just one type of fuel.
