Shell ha obtenido una licencia de bunkering de GNL del gobierno de Gibraltar, lo que permitir\u00e1 a la petrolera desarrollar una gama de servicios de bunkering de GNL en Gibraltar.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

\u00abMe complace ver que Shell ha tenido \u00e9xito en su solicitud y celebro la confianza que Shell sigue depositando en Gibraltar con la finalizaci\u00f3n de su solicitud\u00bb, <\/p>Vijay Daryanani, Ministro de Puertos de Gibraltar.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

El ministro a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que los futuros trabajos de SHELLest\u00e1n en consonancia con la \u00abaspiraci\u00f3n de mantener a Gibraltar a la vanguardia de los avances en el sector del bunkering y de reforzar nuestra posici\u00f3n como centro de bunkering.\u00bb El Ministro Principal, el Honorable Fabian Picardo QC MP, intervino para decir que la entrada de Shell como actor clave en el bunker de GNL demuestra el enfoque progresista de Gibraltar para desarrollar la industria mar\u00edtima, as\u00ed como para embarcarse en la transici\u00f3n hacia combustibles m\u00e1s limpios y reducir el impacto medioambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan informa SHELL en su p\u00e1gina web<\/a>, los suministros se realizar\u00e1n normalmente en el fondeadero occidental, donde actualmente se realizan todas las dem\u00e1s operaciones de aprovisionamiento de buques en Gibraltar. No se llevar\u00e1n a cabo operaciones de abastecimiento de GNL en el puerto o desde la terminal de GNL de North Mole que SHELL abastece regularmente con una frecuencia de 15 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La comnpa\u00f1ia afirma que el bunkering de GNL es muy seguro, ya que SHELLha realizado m\u00e1s de 250 operaciones de en todo el mundo. SHELL tiene m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os de experiencia en el manejo, almacenamiento y transporte de GNL. El abastecimiento de combustible s\u00f3lo puede llevarse a cabo cuando hay profesionales altamente capacitados a cargo de las operaciones. Tambi\u00e9n deben incorporarse y seguirse altos est\u00e1ndares de la industria para garantizar la seguridad de las operaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
