This recently published document is the main reference used for the assessment of the emission savings resulting from the consumption of LNG as marine fuel in the different types of ships that have been supplied in Spanish ports. Using a methodology well-to-tank and classifying the different types of engines available on the market, the document provides characterized and normalized emission factors in terms of energy -see tables 6.1 to 6.3-.
